Each article of decorative lighting and related accessories are rigorously hand – made, with passion, by our artisan workers: the same attention is given for the individual packaging and then placed in boxes full of polystyrene foam for further protection, and then placed on pallets or wood cases to guarantee the security in case of collision during transportation via land/sea/air.

Generally production can vary between 25 and 30 days for articles from the catalogue.

About Installation, we suggest professional help.

Our decorative chandeliers can be dusted and cleaned using a electric static cloth, or a damp cloth without the use of detergents, which could ruin the varnishing.

Yes. You can return the contract with Euroluce – Light of Italy in relation to purchased items without any penalty and without saying the reason, within fourteen ( 14 ) calendar days starting from the days you receive products.
You will be responsible for return shipment costs unless the reason of return is not due to the fact that products are defective or damaged. For further information see General Terms of Sales.

Yes. The shipment is insured for fire, damage, robbery and loss. Euroluce – Light of Italy will pay the entire insurance cost.
